Ask the community what they love about their suburb and what they’d like to see improved, and then get to work. Over the next five years we’ll be building approximately 1700 new homes and three new pocket parks. We are upgrading streets and four of Northcote’s favourite parks. With Panuku’s help we’ll be building a new greenway – a leafy pathway for locals to walk or cycle around Northcote. And, five years from now Panuku will also be underway with the construction of a brand new town centre.
