Takapuna Beach and the suburb’s increasingly cool cafés and bars and bustling main street are only 4kms away – an easy bike ride or quick bus journey.

Northcote's community facilities include a library, community centre, early learning centre and contemporary art gallery. It has good transport links, with further improvements planned for buses.

The new homes in Northcote are around three kilometres from North Shore Hospital and AUT’s North Campus, and less than two kilometres from Smales Farm office park.
