Northcote is a fantastic place to live if you love to be close to beaches and parks but want to stay in touch with the city. At only 15 minutes from the CBD off peak and with good transport links in place the suburb is seeing the benefit of government investment in infrastructure and housing and becoming more vibrant by the year.

Northcote is a good place to learn, with two primary schools, an intermediate school and two high schools, plus AUT’s northern campus for tertiary education.
Northcote and its neighbouring suburbs are spoilt for parks and sportsgrounds. It’s also just a short hop from the Smales Farm commercial hub and North Shore hospital.
Getting to Northcote is easy via the Northern motorway or the Northern Busway. Northcote is less than five minutes from the motorway exit in either direction.
